What to Expect

Choosing a healthcare facility can be a cumbersome and an emotional process. That’s where we come in. We are here to answer any questions and be a resource for YOU.

Upon arrival:
All of our guests are greeted by our professional, friendly staff. The patient is then taken to their room where they will be assessed by and introduced to our nursing and therapy clinicians. Our plan is to individualize the guests care in order to meet their needs.

During your stay:
Each guest will be assigned a patient liaison that is a member of the management team in order to assure the guest is adjusting well and all care needs are met. Therapy is received in our well equipped gym. Meals are served in our spacious dining room offering choices of various entrees. All guests and residents are encouraged to take part in a great variety of activities. Which take place within the facility as well as off campus.

After your stay:
All guests receive follow-up calls to determine any further assistance needed as well as assess their time spent at Carriage Inn. Carriage Inn offers outpatient services to those individuals who continue to need therapy following their stay. Carriage Inn Home Health provides a continuum of care when the patient returns home needing extended therapy or nursing care
